Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers
Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person only.
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Gift vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against the specific treatment for which they were purchased. For example, an 30 Minute Massage Voucher cannot be used towards the cost of an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
